Job summary

Google is seeking a Data Center Site Negotiator to identify locations and negotiate agreements for Google's data centers worldwide. You will lead discussions with landowners, energy providers, and developers, building relationships and ensuring compliant, cost-effective contracts.

You will coordinate with internal teams to manage site development, securing opportunities for expansion and optimizing portfolio performance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
• 6 years of experience in real estate development, evaluation, acquisition, construction, and site selection for industrial-scale data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue site expansion projects and initiatives to meet data center needs.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status reports with financial metrics for portfolio decisions.
• Manage strategy for growth at existing regions and sites.
• Develop metrics for mapping and tracking portfolio management issues related to site/infrastructure development.
• Foster an open workplace and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
