Job summary

Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company, seeks a Lead Sales Engineer - Strategic Accounts to drive end-to-end design and pursuit execution for our most complex global customers. You will partner with Account Executives and Global Solutions Architects to translate business needs into scalable data center, interconnection and hybrid infrastructure solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales, infrastructure engineering, or data center architecture.
• Deep data center infra expertise: power density, cooling, interconnection.
• Experience with global or hyperscaler deployments across regions.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure and high-density compute requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor across the full sales lifecycle.
• Lead detailed technical discovery with global stakeholders to define requirements.
• Own the technical win for regional and global pursuits with design docs.
• Align regional designs with the global account technical roadmap.
• Support forecast accuracy and deal progression with clear scope and risks.
• Provide SME guidance on platform Equinix and emerging innovations.
