Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in strategic sales or BD for datacenter power infrastructure.
• Knowledge of datacenter power systems, MV systems, UPS, PDUs, liquid cooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategic account engagement across Tier 1 hyperscalers and GPU cloud providers.
• Position Enphase as a key enabler of AI infrastructure and high-density datacenters.
• Drive adoption of Enphase solutions across target accounts.
• Build and manage executive relationships with engineering, infrastructure, procurement, and planning teams.
• Influence datacenter power architectures through engagement with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align capabilities with large-scale deployments (>50 MW).
• Help shape commercialization strategy, market positioning, and partnerships.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product roadmap.
