Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Solution Specialist (AI Data Center) to drive opportunities across the AI infrastructure market, collaborating with Account Executives, technical teams, and partners to shape solutions and build pipeline.

The role requires deep AI data center knowledge and strong solution sales experience, capable of guiding complex opportunities from inception to delivery with stakeholders across compute, networking, storage, and power domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology sales, solution sales, data center infrastructure, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong background in AI Data Center areas including GPU and accelerated compute infrastructure, high-performance networking, AI storage and data platforms.
• Experience working with AI CSPs, hyperscalers, OEMs, or other high-growth AI infrastructure customers is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience progressing complex technology opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Understanding of AI Data Center ecosystem and deployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, develop, and close AI Data Center opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across targeted AI infrastructure customers and programs.
• Engage customers to understand infrastructure requirements, deployment plans, capacity needs, timelines, and business priorities.
• Position technology, services, integration, deployment, and lifecycle solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal technical, sourcing, operations, and delivery resources throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop pursuit strategies, value propositions, and commercial solutions for complex opportunities.
• Build relationships with OEMs, technology providers, integration partners, and deployment partners.
• Maintain knowledge of AI infrastructure market trends and competitive activity.
• Identify opportunities to expand projects into broader strategic relationships and multi-site programs.
• Support transition from sales into implementation and delivery.
