Job summary

Google seeks a Land Development and Portfolio Manager to lead pre‑construction development on owned sites and secure entitlements, provider agreements, and off‑site infrastructure to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, manage relationships with jurisdictions and utilities, and drive long‑term operational success across post‑acquisition lifecycle of data center sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• At least 6 years leading negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure agreements.
• Experience drafting, redlining, and presenting to stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
• Coordinate zoning, entitlements, easement actions, environmental mitigations, permitting and studies.
• Lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy and capacity.
• Manage development activities to meet infrastructure delivery schedules.
