Zusammenfassung

City Electric Supply is seeking a Business Development Manager to own revenue growth for strategic contractors, data center owners, and developers. You will drive upstream specification selling, engage executive decision-makers, and shape long-term multi-project programs within CES’s vast branch network.

You’ll lead account plans, build strong relationships at multiple levels, and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery while expanding share of wallet across locations and product

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, electrical engineering or engineering technology, or equivalent combination.
• 5+ years outside sales or business development in electrical distribution, contracting, or with an electrical manufacturer.
• Proven ability to influence specifications and win large, multi-phase projects.
• CRM platforms and Microsoft Office proficiency; valid driver's license.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow revenue and gross profit for assigned strategic accounts and territory.
• Map buying centers across owners, engineers, and contractors; build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and monthly forecast; report results to Regional Manager.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and pursue multi-year agreements with top accounts.
• Collaborate with branches, value-added groups, and operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs from award to delivery.
