Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in account management, client services, recruitment, workforce solutions, or business development in technical sectors.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and revenue-generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: develop and manage relationships with key Data Center clients.
• Revenue Expansion: identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and revenues.
• Client Relationship Development: build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and directors.
• Business Development: generate new opportunities through market mapping and engagement.
• Contractor Management: be a key contact for contractors through the assignment lifecycle.
• Recruitment Partnership: collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver talent solutions.
• Market Intelligence: stay informed on data center developments and trends.
• Commercial Negotiation: support rate discussions and service agreements.
• Proposal & Tender Support: contribute to presentations, RFP responses, and plans.
• Industry Networking: represent NES Fircroft at events and conferences.
