Job summary

Molex is seeking an Account Manager with server or switch system experience to support strategic enterprise customers in the data center market. You will join a team delivering advanced Datacom and Datacenter solutions to meet customers' toughest challenges.

In this highly visible sales role, you will provide on-field support, design-win execution, and ongoing collaboration with Quality and Development teams to resolve complex issues and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related R&D experience on Server or Switch products.
• Experience with fiber optic connectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-field support to design win key projects and grow business with key customers.
• Support new parts qualification by customers and resolve specification gaps.
• Resolve complex mechanical application problems to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with Quality and Development teams for failure analysis and resource allocation.
