Job summary

Molex is seeking an Account Manager with server/switch experience to support strategic enterprise customers in the data center market. You will lead on-field support, design wins, and grow business while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating qualifications, resolving complex issues, maintaining key relationships, and driving revenue targets through Salesforce CRM and cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related R&D experience on server or switch products.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal interconnection solution and timely concept proposals for customer scenarios.
• Support new parts qualification by customers and resolve spec gaps between customers and Molex.
• Resolve complex mechanical application problems to meet customer needs.
• Support failure analysis on new win projects; coordinate with Quality and Development teams.
• Maintain close communication with key customers and feed VOC to product teams.
• Document external meetings and publish action items; ensure follow-up.
• Monitor market trends and participate in competition analysis.
• Develop new technologies in mechanical application support capabilities.
• Share customer information with Sales/Marketing; nurture engineer relationships.
• Build multi-level relationships within accounts to capture full 360° view.
• Engage with customers to meet revenue targets and pipeline goals; track in CRM.
• Identify revenue opportunities and coordinate transitions across regions.
• Continuously develop personal expertise and understand customer strategic plans.
