Replimune is seeking a Director, Data Analytics & Reporting to partner with Commercial leadership on data strategy, performance analytics, and actionable insights. You will lead cross-functional analytics, integrate diverse data sources, and drive decision-making with advanced reporting and dashboard development.

The role focuses on translating business questions into analytical approaches, developing launch KPIs, and guiding external partners while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MS).
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech analytics, data strategy, or related consulting.
• Experience with patient-level claims data and diverse data sources.
• Strong analytical curiosity and ability to translate findings into insights.
• Tableau or similar BI platform experience; dashboard development a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Commercial leadership to translate questions into analyses and recommendations.
• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across data sources.
• Lead patient-level claims analytics to characterize populations and treatment patterns.
• Develop analytical approaches for patient identification and treatment initiation.
• Integrate claims with sales, CRM, market access, and other data sources for a holistic view.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements for decision making.
• Provide leadership on data governance, definitions, and business rules.
• Present executive-level narratives synthesizing complex analyses.
