Replimune is seeking a Director of Data Analytics & Reporting to lead commercial data strategy, performance analytics, and insight generation. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Finance to drive decisions beyond reporting, shaping actions for business impact.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations, the candidate will oversee dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics, including patient journeys and ROI analyses, from a centralized data perspective.

Formación

• 10+ years of pharma/biotech commercial analytics, data strategy or consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical commercial data and datasets such as patient-level claims.
• Experience using claims data to identify patient populations and treatment patterns.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Commercial leadership, translating questions into analyses and recommendations.
• Identify performance trends, opportunities, risks, and questions through data analysis and data integration.
• Lead patient-level claims analytics to understand patient journeys and treatment adoption.
• Develop and validate analytical approaches for patient identification and initiation of treatment.
• Integrate multiple data sources to create a comprehensive view of performance.
• Define reporting/visualization requirements and guide dashboard development.
