Job summary

Replimune is seeking a Director of Data Analytics & Reporting to lead commercial data strategy, performance analytics, and insights generation for the Commercial Operations team. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Insights & Analytics, Finance, IT/Data Management, and more to move beyond reporting, understanding why trends occur and what actions to take.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech analytics, deep US data knowledge, and strong storytelling to senior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MPH/MS) preferred.
10+ years of pharma/biotech commercial analytics experience; oncology preferred.
Deep knowledge of US pharma data sources and datasets.
Ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as analytics partner to Commercial leadership; translate questions into analyses and recommendations.
Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities from multiple data sources.
Lead patient-level claims analytics to characterize populations and journeys.
Develop and validate approaches for patient identification and treatment initiation.
Integrate claims with sales, CRM, and market access data for a comprehensive view.
Define reporting and dashboards; guide development and governance of data assets.
