commercial brand, partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Field leadership to turn complex data into actionable insights that shape strategy and performance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in pharma/biotech analytics, oncology experience, and strong skills in SQL and Python (or R) for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics, business insights, or market analytics experience.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Expertise with commercial data sources (claims, sales, CRM, syndicated data, etc.).
• Proficiency with SQL and Python and/or R.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead brand analytics and business performance reporting.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions.
• Generate insights from claims, sales, CRM, market access, and other commercial datasets.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support launch planning, business reviews, and commercial decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally across commercial and operations teams.
