Job summary

Replimune is seeking a Director, FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. You will help build clinical trial models, maintain planning dashboards, and drive efficiency across corporate planning activities.

You will partner with department leaders to develop annual budgets and long-term plans, ensuring timely and accurate board-ready reporting. This role requires strong Excel modeling and cross-functional collaboration in a biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a finance-related role in pharma/biotech, investment banking, or consulting.
• 2+ years on a formal FP&A team supporting a high-growth organization.
• Experience supporting clinical/manufacturing operations in biotech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance consolidated corporate planning models and dashboards.
• Lead detailed forecast trial cost models using Auxilius and other tools.
• Provide leadership on dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for leadership reviews.
• Manage monthly management reports and variance explanations against budget.
• Serve as administrative expert for ERP planning tool (Vena Solutions).
• Collaborate with cost center leaders on annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term plans.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual plans and board presentations.
• Review requisitions against the operating plan and support ad hoc projects.
