Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data & AI Go-to-Market Leader — Director for the Florida market (Miami, Tampa, Orlando). You will own technical vision, pre-sales strategy, and solution design, driving pipeline growth and executive-level engagements.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery leaders, and partners to architect differentiated data and AI platforms, lead complex pursuits, and mentor a team of solution architects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Managed or IT Professional Consulting.
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, cloud, and AI solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve regional solution offerings and reference architectures aligned with Slalom’s national Data & AI strategy.
• Partner with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic to co-create joint offerings and GTM motions.
• Represent Slalom as a technical thought leader at conferences, executive briefings, and industry events.
