Qualifications

Degree in food science or equivalent with management experience in cheese/dairy production or product development.
Proven track record in optimising manufacturing processes for quality and innovation.
Experience in technical sales/account management with customers in dairy/food sectors.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple levels.
Self-driven, collaborative approach to cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

Manage dedicated dairy customers and deliver profitable revenue growth.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with business goals.
Identify and convert new business opportunities and build strategic relationships.
Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Services, and Supply Chain for seamless delivery.
Support trials, product development, and launches with customers.
