Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a high-impact Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health to lead the North American team in delivering science-based solutions for dairy and beef producers. You will guide technical strategy, develop talent, and strengthen customer relationships while collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation functions.

You will oversee trials, engage with nutritionists and veterinarians, and represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Qualifications

PhD/DVM or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, consulting, or related industries.
Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience with coaching and developing professionals.
Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
Proven ability to partner with commercial teams to deliver customer value.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead NA Ruminant Technical Service team delivering technical expertise across probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions.
Develop and execute NA technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, and Innovation teams to drive growth and customer success.
Provide executive-level technical support for strategic opportunities and complex challenges.
Oversee trials, field validation, and research collaborations.
