Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a dynamic leader for the Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health. You will guide North American dairy, beef, and forage technical services, translating science into customer value while partnering across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory teams.

You will lead a high-impact team, shape technical strategy, and drive growth. The role emphasizes leadership, industry engagement, and delivering science-based solutions to producers in North America.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant animal nutrition/health experience.
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of dairy/beef production systems.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial teams to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentations, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and SMEs.
• Set priorities and development plans aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Product and Innovation teams to drive growth.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic opportunities.
• Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and influencers.
• Support product launches, technical positioning, and scientific communications.
• Oversee trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends and evolving customer needs; represent the company publicly.
