Job summary

Leidos is seeking highly qualified Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM operations, focusing on cyberspace power projection and integrated cyber effects. The role involves engaging in planning, drafting OPORDs, and coordinating with DoD and IC partners for rapid, mission-focused outcomes.

The position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, a relevant technical degree, and 4+ years of CO planning experience.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required at application.
• BA/BS degree within Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field of study.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; can waive two years for Combat Mission Team experience.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, capabilities, and authorities (Title 10 vs. Title 50).
• Intimate familiarity with applicable Joint Publications.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure/tools.
• Strong understanding of CO planning processes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing within collaborative environment to enable CO planning per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans to deliver effects against adversary systems.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams and integrate cyber capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action; coordinate with external capabilities.
• Provide situational awareness to projects and Crisis Action Teams supporting OPTs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cyber threats and state/non-state actor threats across Blue Space.
• Review and prioritize operational requirements for cyber capabilities.
