Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cyber Operational Planner to support development and synchronization of Offensive Cyberspace Operations plans in coordination with Joint and national partners. You will draft and staff OPORDs/FRAGOs and provide strategic cyber planning across multiple domains.

You should have a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph, plus 4+ years of CO planning experience and familiarity with Joint Publications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years recent (since 2018) work experience as CO Planner; can waive two years for every year on a Combat Mission Team.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph at application time.
• Familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission; knowledge of Joint Publications.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing within CO planning per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operations plans to deliver cyber effects.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff plans documents: OPOLs, OPORDs, FRAGOs.
• Coordinate with Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate cyberspace capabilities into plans.
