You will act as the primary client contact, ensure adoption of Submittable value, and drive program growth.

In this role, you will build Success Plans, conduct Business Reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management.
• Strong communication and CRM skills; Salesforce preferred.
