Submittable is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United States to be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients. You will translate Submittable’s value into client outcomes, create tailored success plans, and drive business reviews to grow usage and revenue.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Technical Support, and other teams to resolve client needs, expand footprints, and ensure customer satisfaction across a range of programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, CS, or AM.
• Ability to recognize expansion opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted advisor partnerships with assigned clients and align Submittable’s value to their goals.
• Serve as primary contact, coordinating with Account Executives or Technical Support as needed.
• Maintain long-term relationships by following through on commitments and responding promptly.
