Job summary

Submittable, a software platform helping mission-driven organizations manage programs, applications, and funding, is seeking an experienced Customer Success/Account Manager in the United States. You will act as the primary client contact, ensure adoption of Submittable value, and drive program growth.

In this role, you will build Success Plans, conduct Business Reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain Salesforce records.
