Job summary

Formic is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Bolingbrook, IL. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, visiting sites, delivering advisory support, and driving adoption of automation solutions.

You’ll monitor health, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities while coordinating with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams. Ideal candidates bring 3-5+ years in manufacturing ops, strong communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in manufacturing ops or a similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and managing a portfolio of customers.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary consultative partner and contact for assigned customers.
• Conduct site visits and regular travel to assess satisfaction and provide training.
• Monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to guide automation buyers.
• Develop feedback for product offerings and service enhancements.
