Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Customer Relationship Project Manager in Atlanta to act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers. You will build partnerships, drive satisfaction, and ensure customers realize value from Honeywell solutions while coordinating cross-functional teams in a hybrid office setting.

Reporting to the Customer Relationship Director, you will engage with executives, address escalations, and identify opportunities to expand value through new services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Relationship Management or related customer-facing role.
• 5+ years developing customer relationships and managing stakeholder communications.
• 5+ years solving complex customer challenges and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advocate for Platinum and Diamond-tier customers.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships and understand business goals.
• Deliver proactive, customer-centric support throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive improvements.
• Influence stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value with additional solutions.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions and handle escalations.
