Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking an Experienced Customer Program Management Professional to lead and manage customer programs that align with strategic business objectives. You will drive performance, mitigate risks, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and growth.

You will report to the Sr Program Management Supervisor and operate on a hybrid schedule from the Salem location, delivering value and strengthening customer relationships across our programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in customer support management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for complex programs.
• Solid understanding of program management, risk management, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of customer programs to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proactively manage risks and issues to minimize impact on objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for alignment and outcomes.
• Provide leadership to drive accountability and high performance across teams.
• Monitor program performance metrics and report to senior management.
• Manage multiple projects from sale acceptance to delivery and invoicing at completion.
