The position reports to the Customer Relationship Director and operates in a hybrid environment at our designated office location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, CS, or account management.
• Proven ability to manage internal/external stakeholder communications.
• Strong problem-solving and business decision-making skills.
• Experience working independently in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advocate and trusted partner for Platinum and Diamond-tier customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain strategic customer relationships while understanding customer business goals.
• Deliver proactive, customer-centric support throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive process and service improvements.
• Influence stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value through additional solutions and initiatives.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions and handle escalations and critical business needs.
