Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Customer Success Manager aligned to our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector. You will own the full lifecycle for large enterprise clients, driving adoption of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to realize measurable business outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, monitor health metrics, and lead reviews with a focus on renewals and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

4–6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a strategic SaaS role.
Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with adoption and renewal motions in a multi-product environment.
Hands-on experience supporting customers on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

Own the full Signature Success experience for customers and drive adoption of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Build trusted relationships with executives and translate capabilities into customer strategies.
Monitor platform health, adoption metrics, and lead proactive reviews.
Use AI tools and agent-based workflows to streamline success planning and QBR prep.
