Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager, to drive strategic impact across Signature customers. You will partner with executives to maximize Salesforce adoption and business value while delivering across multiple work streams and ensuring deliverables align with customer goals.

Your role requires deep Salesforce product knowledge, executive communication, and strong program management to coordinate resources and timelines for complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in Customer Success, SaaS, or strategic consulting
• Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills
• Ability to align teams and drive consensus across stakeholders
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud/Service Cloud; Advanced Administrator preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead ROI-driven engagements across complex multi-org customers
• Own signature experiences and integrate priorities into success plans
• Mobilize resources and connect teams to customer needs
• Define engagement charter with goals and metrics
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver value from Salesforce Signature
• Design AI-enabled, multi-step workflows to free senior involvement
