UpGuard is hiring a Customer Success Manager to onboard and enable customers, ensuring they achieve their goals with UpGuard’s cyber risk platform. You will drive adoption, provide tailored resources, and maintain proactive engagement with a focus on customer outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in customer success or related fields, a strong understanding of cyber risk, and the ability to manage a regional book of business with English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience in customer success, project management or account management.
• Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
• Experience building customer relationships in a scalable way.
• Ability to manage a book of business in India.
• Strong documentation skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work cross‑functionally with internal teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how to use UpGuard to meet their goals.
• Provide resources: success plans, customer‑specific training, and regular check‑ins.
• Engage customers early and often to maximize value from Day 1.
• Advocate for customers and update internal teams on risks, insights, and expansion opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored UpGuard solutions based on risk management frameworks.
• Monitor customer health and intervene with proactive education to maximize value.
• Travel up to 20% within the city and to other cities in India.
