Job summary

UpGuard seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape and drive product strategy for the CRPM platform. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design and Marketing to deliver customer-first features and measurable value. Join a fast-growing, fully remote team building AI-enabled cyber risk solutions.

You’ll influence roadmaps, translate customer problems into requirements, and lead with data-driven decision making. Experience in SaaS, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for design thinking

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in SaaS or tech.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives.
• Experience in UX or design collaboration.
• Strong data and metrics understanding for product decisions.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products.
• Translate customer problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Design to craft intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritize work.
• Champion a customer-first mindset and advocate for meaningful solutions.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders across levels.
• Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and iteration.
