Job summary

UpGuard seeks a Customer Success Manager (12‑month fixed term) to onboard and enable customers worldwide. You will be the trusted advisor, guiding them through the usage of UpGuard to reduce risk and achieve business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to improve experiences and drive value. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer success or related roles, a solid grasp of cyber risk concepts, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, project management or account management.
• Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
• Located within US Eastern Timezone.
• Experience building customer relationships at scale.
• Highly organized with strong documentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across teams.
• Curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how to use UpGuard effectively.
• Provide resources including success plans and training; schedule regular check‑ins.
• Engage customers early and often to maximize value and adoption.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored UpGuard solutions based on risk frameworks.
• Monitor customer health and proactively educate to achieve expected value.
• Advocate for customers and share insights with Product, Sales & Marketing; identify expansion opportunities.
