Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Customer Success professional to drive AI adoption within our Commercial segment. You will partner with customers to map objectives to Claude capabilities, guide implementation, and maximize value across API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption, manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, and help customers realize ROI through expanded usage and new use cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand business objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise to guide customers to the right solutions.
• Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities for consumption-based and seat-based products, driving adoption of new use cases.
• Serve as the customer’s thought partner, socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap and engaging Product PMs to inform development.
