Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Customer Success Manager for its Public Sector team to be a post-sales trusted advisor helping national security customers realize value from Claude and related tools on classified infrastructure. You'll work with Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy to drive adoption through deployment, enablement, and expansion.

You will lead collaboration with customer AI leadership and security teams, ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, and deliver tailored

Qualifications

• US citizenship and active TS/SCI with current polygraph required.
• Experience working with US national security agencies preferred.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as CSM, TAM, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with consumption-based products and capacity planning is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite at customer facilities in the National Capital Region 3–4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to translate mission requirements into a success plan.
• Serve as primary post-sales advisor through deployment, enablement, renewal, and expansion.
• Coordinate with cleared cloud providers, security, and accreditation officials.
• Develop executive content and enablement tailored to diverse audiences.
• Drive adoption metrics and guide model migration and release readiness.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and align sponsors on next steps.
• Work onsite frequently at customer facilities, ensuring security and need-to-know compliance.
• Stay current on LLM capabilities and national security AI policy.
