Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Strategic Tech Customers to drive AI adoption across a select set of enterprise accounts. You will partner with global technology leaders to understand objectives, design success plans, and expand usage of Claude capabilities (API, Claude Code, Cowork).

You will collaborate with the broader account team to provide best practices, support usage growth, and become a trusted advisor guiding strategic objectives and technical needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting.
• Experience with Fortune 500 technology companies, SaaS platforms, or digital-first businesses at the exec level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs with broad sponsorship.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key customer decision makers and identify optimization opportunities.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle with comprehensive success plans and reviews.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's Claude products to guide customers to right solutions.
• Develop ROI hypotheses and quantify outcomes to justify continued investment.
• Monitor usage patterns to drive value from Claude surface areas.
• Act as thought partner to socialize product roadmap and drive awareness of new products.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to maximize value within customer organizations.
• Prioritize across multiple business units to create repeatable motions.
