OneImaging Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to lead onboarding, manage data feeds, and build strategic relationships with large employer clients in the U.S. You will drive adoption, deliver regular business reviews, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management with large employer clients.
• Strong ability to understand data feeds, integrations and configurations.
• Proven track record building strategic customer relationships.
• Analytical mindset with ability to deliver actionable insights from data.
• Excellent project management and multi-priority delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and manage customer data feeds and exchanges.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Analyze customer data and performance metrics to drive adoption and insights.
• Deliver regular reports and business reviews to key stakeholders.
• Advocate for customers and influence product/service improvements.
• Identify process improvements and scale the CS organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support for a seamless journey.
