Job summary

OneImaging is seeking a Growth Marketing & Operations Manager to lead engagement and utilization across our member population. You will own the Engagement Marketing Operations, working with Customer Success, Member Services, and Product/Engineering to create a world-class experience.

The ideal candidate combines B2C marketing experience with strong technical and creative skills, and has a track record of building scalable marketing operations and data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, focusing on engagement and utilization in B2C or B2B2C.
• Experience creating innovative campaigns that drive customer engagement.
• Proven track record setting up and scaling marketing operations with a tech stack (Braze).
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decisions and optimization.
• Creative mindset to develop compelling content and marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Background in digital health or related industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a high-performance Engagement Marketing Operations, driving utilization from first message to exam completion.
• Create a data-driven marketing machine to run multi-channel campaigns at scale.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to integrate marketing ops with the tech stack.
• Leverage healthcare data to identify targeted strategies that boost utilization.
• Partner with customer and member services to align priorities and execution.
• Iterate on ideas using data to refine engagement approaches.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring best practices to OneImaging.
