Job summary

OneImaging Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, implementation, and long-term satisfaction for strategic accounts in digital health.

You will manage customer data feeds, configure integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure measurable outcomes. You will build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels, drive adoption through reporting and analytics, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Success/Account Management experience in digital health.
• Strong technical aptitude with data feeds, integrations, and system configurations.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and scale the CS organization.
• Experience managing vendor partners within healthcare/benefit programs.
• Proven track record of strategic relationships with customers.
• Analytical mindset with actionable reporting and data insights.
• Excellent project management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and data feed management for customers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels as strategic advisor.
