SHI International Corp. is seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term value across SHI’s digital commerce ecosystem.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate onboarding, increase platform adoption, and improve customer satisfaction. You’ll manage onboarding for SHI One and related platforms, maintain strong customer relationships, and help customers realize measurable business outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or demonstrated work experience.
• Experience in onboarding, adoption, and customer lifecycle programs.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and tenant enablement for strategic and pilot customers.
• Own customer success and relationship management for assigned portfolio.
• Deliver demonstrations, training, and adoption programs to drive platform usage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align capabilities with customer goals.
