Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Executive to own strategic Fortune 500 accounts, coordinating governance, milestones, and risk management across cross-functional teams. You will drive renewal, migration outcomes, and value realization, while expanding opportunities with a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

You will partner with sales, delivery, and support to set expectations and ensure solutions are deployed as committed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer success, account management, or program management with large enterprise customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business models, challenges, and technology priorities across units.
• Build long-term value-based relationships with executive sponsors and decision makers.
• Maintain a customer success plan with milestones, owners, and outcomes.
• Monitor health using usage, adoption, service, billing, and contract indicators.
