Job summary

Carlex Glass America is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join our Ligonier, IN facility on a split shift (3 pm – 11 pm). You will build strong relationships with assigned accounts and serve as the liaison between customers and plant management to ensure orders meet priorities.

Responsibilities include analyzing orders via EDI/e-mail/phone, coordinating shipments, and supporting logistics with internal teams. 4+ years in a customer liaison role and automotive exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with customers via EDI, email or phone.
• 4+ years in a customer liaison or service analyst role.
• Tier 1 automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid customer relationships for assigned accounts.
• Act as liaison between customers and Carlex plant management.
• Analyze and communicate customer orders and priorities via EDI, email or telephone.
• Coordinate transportation with assigned logistic companies and ensure timely shipments.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, receiving and management to meet customer requirements.
