• Fast-paced environment experience with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify on-time delivery goals and accuracy of ASN; assist in shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Review customer reports to ensure accurate product delivery and communicate with other departments.
• Coordinate with departments regarding customer shipments; monitor scorecards and disputes.
• Support program management on new business shipments and participate in FG cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Contact carriers for pickups and assist with staging shipments and kanban activities.
