Job summary

Carlex Glass America, LLC is seeking a seasoned Customer Liaison/Service Analyst to manage key accounts from our Indiana operations. The role will serve as the critical link between customers and Carlex plant management, ensuring orders are prioritized and fulfilled according to specifications.

You will coordinate with production, shipping, receiving, and management to meet customer requirements, communicate via EDI/email/phone, and support the Materials group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience as a Customer Liaison or Service Analyst.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
• 4+ years of Tier 1 Automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid customer relationships for assigned accounts.
• Function as a liaison between our customers and Carlex plant management.
• Analyze and communicate customer orders and priorities via EDI, email or telephone.
• Manage and prepare documents for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate transportation with assigned logistic companies.
• React promptly to all customer material issues.
• Provide internal support to the Materials group as required.
• Cross-train with other analysts on the team.
• Assist in launch and setup of new parts for respective customers.
• Assist in maintaining rack inventory.
• Set up expedite service when transportation delays occur.
• Monitor EDI orders and resolve potential disruptions to shipments.
• Assist with optimizing shipment management.
