Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager II for the US residence market to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, ensuring reliable service and compliant processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolios.

You will coordinate with IT, master data, regulatory, and commercial teams, drive process improvements, manage contracts, and lead readiness reporting to the PMO and leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires multi-disciplinary customer solutions experience in Bayer Pharma Division.
• Masters degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical healthcare customer operations and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor customer solutions.
