Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager II for Residence USA to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash operations across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and pricing workstreams to ensure reliable supply and strong customer service.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage contracts and regulatory readiness, and drive improvements with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches/new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain ops; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
