Job summary

You will be the primary contact for supply chain issues, staff the main campus desk, answer calls, take orders, and coordinate external shipments and courier tasks.

The role emphasizes tracking and triaging issues, ensuring timely resolution, and performing administrative duties to support efficient supply chain operations at the Main Campus location.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent business experience.
• Previous customer service experience in an office setting.
• Knowledge of Inventorying and basic Buyer skills.
• Knowledge of UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, Premier Connect.
• Strong verbal and written communication; editing, spelling and punctuation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with frequent interruptions in a busy office.
• Customer service orientation and ability to listen effectively.

Responsibilities

• Staff the main campus customer service desk.
• Answer the telephone and take orders.
• Manage all external shipments and pricing.
• Coordinate and monitor external courier activities and assign tasks.
• Track and triage supply issues for prompt resolution.
• Provide traditional administrative support to facilitate operations.
