Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for supply chain issues and questions.
• Staff the main campus customer service desk and handle phone calls and orders.
• Coordinate and monitor external courier activities and shipments.
• Provide pricing, resolve issues, and communicate systemic patterns for resolution.
• Perform traditional administrative functions to support efficient operations.
