Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Project Specialist in Lake Charles, LA to manage large project orders and coordinate material delivery to project sites. You will liaise between vendors and customers to meet deadlines and ensure accurate billing and reporting.

Required are detail orientation, organizational and customer service skills, plus SAP and Microsoft Office experience. A High School diploma is required, and a 4-year degree is preferred. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
