Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer service skills are essential for liaison between vendor and customer.
• 2+ years experience preferred on large project orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
