Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between the customer and Celestica for program management.
• Forecast, plan, and monitor schedules, budgets, and execution across projects.
• Collaborate with sales, site teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead multi-functional teams and coordinate regular program reviews with customers.
• Analyze performance data and drive actions to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Support account planning and strategy development with sales and business development.
